Registration Information
How to Register
Registrations are taken by mail, phone, fax, or in person. Please download the registration form here.
Registration Deadline
The registration deadline is one week before your class begins. We cannot guarantee a place in class after this time.
Confirmation
Your registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Students will be notified only if the class is full or cancelled; payment will be refunded.
Refunds
Refunds are given up to three business days before classes begin.
Accessibility
Please contact our Adult Programs Coordinator at 612-870-3355 if you need special accommodations in class.
Textbooks
Some classes require a textbook. Text prices, including tax, are shown on the Class Schedule. ASI Members may subtract 10% from the text price. If you have ordered your textbook in advance, your instructor will have your textbook available on the first day of class.

Swedish Language
Courses in the Swedish Language are offered year-round for all levels. Classes generally meet once a week for 90 minutes over nine weeks.

Other Adult Classes
Courses are offered most terms in Woodcarving, Bobbin Lace, and Exercise. ASI also offers occasional classes and workshops in Swedish Literature, History, Traditional Handcrafts, and more.

Workshops and Educational Events
ASI occasionally hosts visiting artists from Sweden to teach workshops in Swedish traditional arts. We also offer a variety of additional educational programs for adults.
