The Turnblad Mansion
This 30-room castle on Park Avenue, completed in 1908, was home to Swan J. Turnblad and his family. Turnblad, who made his fortune by publishing a Swedish-language newspaper, gifted his home to the public in 1929. His legacy, now a museum and event center, is enjoyed by all who visit the Turnblad Mansion.
The Nelson Cultural Center
The open, fresh design of the Nelson Cultural Center is the perfect spot for fundraisers, conferences, or social events. Dine, dance, mingle… all are possible in this state-of-the-art space! Our event space and conference room offer seating and classroom arrangements to fit the size and needs of your group.
