Frequently Asked Questions about Membership at ASI

 

When will I receive my membership cards?

You should receive your membership cards in about a week of joining or renewing. If you would like to visit ASI before the cards arrive, you can show a picture ID at the entrance and our staff can verify your membership in our database.

Who is included in my Household membership?

Household memberships are valid for two adults who live at the same address, and any children under 18 who live with them.

Can friends or family members use my membership card?

Membership cards are not transferable. Only the person named on the card can use it.

Can I bring a guest to ASI?

We would love for you to share ASI with your guests! Your guests will either need to pay for admission or sign up for their own membership.

What are the museums that offer reciprocal admission privileges to ASI members?

Most employee charitable giving match programs exclude membership dues. Please check with your employer for more details.

How can I update my address or other contact information?
What should I do if I have lost my membership card?

To update your contact information, or request a replacement membership card, please call our offices at 612-871-4907 or speak to a staff member at the reception desk.
