Get Creative with ASI Slöjd /Handcraft Workshops

ASI's workshops in slöjd, or Swedish handcrafts offer the opportunity to make functional or decorative objects completely by hand or using only simple tools. ASI works to increase the understanding of the handcraft art to help preserve, foster and increase access to a vital aspect of Minnesota's folk art tradition and heritage.

Explore Your Swedish Roots through ASI Genealogy Workshops

ASI hosts  sessions each year on Swedish genealogy that cover the basics of genealogy research through demonstrations of Swedish and other computer databases, advanced internet research and searching church parish records.
