Spring Term  - ASI Adult Language Classes

Classes begin the week of March 27. Register by Monday, March 20 for the early bird pricing!

Whether you are just starting out or are an advanced student, you can learn to speak Swedish or Finnish in our adult language learning community at ASI!  Our instructors include both native speakers and teachers with long-term exposure to and fluency with the language and the culture.

Are you new to Swedish? Read descriptions of Swedish A101 and Introductory Swedish A100 in our class schedule to find the best fit for you! We'd also be happy to talk to you if you have additional questions.

Our language classes meet once a week at various times, for 90 minutes, over nine weeks. Our small class sizes allow time to interact with the instructors and to meet other students. We need a minimum of five participants to run a class, and can accomodate up to 15 students per class. Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older.

The ASI also offers year-round opportunities including book groups, traditional events and Nordic Table food classes in addition to our FIKA Cafe,' to deepen your exposure to Nordic traditions. Our ASI Museum Store carries class textbooks and other useful materials.

After March 20 registrants will be charged a $10 late fee

Tuition: $99 ASI members, $119 nonmembers.
