Wednesday Craft and Cocktails Series

This summer, take a break on Wednesday nights and get crafty at ASI. Think of it as the ultimate summer camp arts and crafts cabin for adults. Each week, try your hand at a different medium of Scandinavian craft. From glass fusing to wood painting and luffarslöjd, ASI’s studio arts classroom is the perfect relaxed space to explore your artistic side. Grab a signature cocktail from FIKA, and join us for a fun and casual evening of crafting! No prior experience is necessary. Advance registration required. Cost includes a cocktail from our FIKA café and all class materials.

Instructor

All classes are taught by artist and handcraft instructor Kayla McDaniels. Kayla graduated from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in 2014 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. When she is not teaching handcraft, she works on illustrations using the natural world as her subject.
