Wednesday, May 8: One of Many - The Borgeson Log Cabin at Gustavus Adolphus College

  • Early immigrants to Minnesota tended to construct log homes following traditional methods.One such example is the Borgeson cabin,part of the Swedish pioneer settlement of Scandia Grove near Norseland, MN. This talk focuses on Scandinavian log building techniques and the restoration of the Borgeson Cabin.
