Held the second Wednesday of each month from 1-2 p.m. in Paulson Hall, ASI’s afternoon series invites artists, experts and other fascinating folk to share their knowledge and insight in fellowship with the community. A new topic is explored in every session. Please join us!

Wednesday, June 13: Swedish Cross Stitching in the 20th Century

  • Learn about mid-20th-century Swedish embroidery with Eva and Gun of Memory Lane. These two enterprising women from Östersund love to sew and create cross-stitched embroidery designs once popular in the mid-1900s. Hundreds of hours go into each work! Eva and Gun will also be at ASI’s Midsommar celebration on June 16 selling their unique designs.
