CANCELLED Nordic Table Workshop: Seafood for Spring with Eva Sabet

Wednesday, April 15, 2020 - 6:30pm to 8:30pm

Soak up some secrets from Eva Sabet, owner of Swedish Crown Bakery, for tackling seafood in fresh, Nordic fashion. Together the class will prepare salmon quiche, the iconic open-faced shrimp sandwich, and classic open-faced herring sandwiches. From brunch to supper, these dishes will serve as inspiration from spring to Midsommar and beyond. Come prepared to participate in this hands-on workshop.
