Be the first to catch the American Swedish Institute at play during what will be an extraordinary preview party! extra/ordinary: The American Swedish Institute. At Play is an imaginative new exhibition inspired by Minnesota artists Tara Sweeny and Nate Christopherson’s new book, A to Zåäö: Playing with History at the American Swedish Institute. The exhibition will have you experiencing the Turnblad Mansion like never before with a 20-foot dala horse, a ballroom with a ball pit, a gallery where you can draw on the walls and rooms open to the public for the first time in decades.
