Join the award-winning culinary team at FIKA, led by executive chef Blake Meier, for intimate, five-course evening dinners featuring seasonal flavors inspired by the Nordic region, complete with drink pairings.

The October 19 dinner, inspired by Chef René Redzepi, will feature courses that include dry aged beef, shoyu-braised Chanterelle mushrooms, fresh herbs, pickled turnips and more! The drink pairings will consist of bubbly, light and crisp whites, big and peppery reds, dessert wine, and a fermented drink, likely a house-made kombucha.

René Redzepi, chef and co-owner of Noma in Copenhagen, is visiting ASI on October 19 at 6:30, prior to the dinner, for a Nordic Table talk about The Noma Guide to Fermentation, a book he wrote with David Zilber, the chef who runs the restaurant’s acclaimed fermentation lab. Stay after the talk to enjoy the dinner. (Please note: René Redzepi will not be in attendance at the FIKA dinner.)
