Salty black licorice … ice cream? This beloved flavor in Sweden may seem strange to American palates, but it’s a Scandinavian favorite. Step up to the counter and learn how to make black licorice and Daim (chocolate-toffee candy) ice creams, complete with mini ginger cones. You’ll feel like you’re at a neighborhood ice cream shop in Sweden!

This class will take place at the Lake Calhoun Whole Foods Market’s Community Kitchen. Join ASI in this sunny, intimate kitchen for a new kind of Nordic Table class!
