Nordic Table Workshop: Creative Crepes with Soile Anderson

What could be more spring-like than airy crepes to serve as an appetizer, dessert or sweet brunch? Entertaining guru Soile Anderson will present her own spin on this French classic, together with tips for how to make these a low-stress option for spring entertaining. With Patrice Johnson alongside, the Nordic-inspired fillings are sure to be fun, creative, tasty and beautifully presented! This class is demonstration based with some opportunities for participation.
