Nordic Table Workshop: FIKA Flatbreads with Chef Blake Meier

Uncover the world of Scandinavian flat breads with FIKA’s head chef, Blake Meier. Chef Blake has explored traditional flatbreads to profile in FIKA’s menu – from soft to hard, thick to thin, even gluten free – and is eager to share his discoveries. This demonstration-based class will include plenty of samples and insight into how these very ancient breads fit into FIKA’s New Nordic menu.
