Nordic Table Workshop: Kringles and Kringlor

Called a kringle, or Danish puff, this almond-laced pastry is part of many families’ holiday traditions. But where did this popular treat originate? We’ll discuss the many kringlor variations, from pie crust to breads to jam-filled pastries. Then instructor Patrice Johnson will share two of her favorite versions, along with tips and tricks to bake the perfect kringle at home. You’ll be thoroughly prepared to start your holiday baking.
