Nordic Table Workshop: Pulla with Soile Anderson

Beautifully browned and braided, cardamom-scented pulla is one of the great traditional Nordic breads. Scared of yeast? Master baker Soile Anderson will guide you through the basics of baking bread at home, and if you’re ready to take your pulla game to the next level, there will be ample opportunity to explore delicious variations on the basic loaf. Come ready to get a little flour on your hands, and by the end of class you’ll be ready to pull out some pulla at home for everything from weekend French toast to your Christmas table.
