Master baker Soile Anderson is here to share her Finnish baking secrets. We’ll cover the basics of caring for a sourdough starter, tricks for working with notorious rye doughs, and bake and taste a few simple rye breads. You’ll go home with a little starter for your own kitchen, ready to settle into a fall baking routine!
