Richard Tellström: Lutfisk, herring and other fish traditions in Swedish food culture

Add on to your Lutfisk Dinner experience at ASI* with an orientation into old and new versions of the lutfisk tradition with food historian Richard Tellström. Tellström is a professor of Food History at Stockholm University and a lecturer at Örebro University where he teaches at the School of Hospitality, Culinary Arts and Meal Science.

*You do not need to be attending the Lutfisk Dinner in order to attend the lecture.
