With a combination of wheat and rye, this sturdy loaf makes a fantastic breakfast bread or the base of all kinds of sandwiches. Join Eva Sabet, owner of Swedish Crown Bakery, to work out the finer points of baking limpa in your own kitchen. Tips and tricks for dealing with yeast, rye flour, kneading and more make this a great class for bakers who want to dive deeper into bread baking this winter.
