SOLD OUT Nordic Table Workshop: Swedish Meatballs

Wednesday, December 18, 2019 - 6:30pm to 8:30pm

No single dish is more evocative of Swedish jul than the meatball, or kottbulle. How did the meatball become the icon of Swedish dining? How can we update those traditional accompaniments? We’ll create and taste a couple meatball recipes, sauces, sides and, of course, a sweet or two. Whether you’re looking for some tips to enhance your holiday meatball game or just interested in hearing more about Swedish holiday food traditions over a good meal, you’ll enjoy tasting your way through this popular annual class. This class is demonstration-based with some opportunities for participation.
