Virtual Nordic Table Demo: Spring Desserts with Patrice Johnson

Find some fun inspiration for Nordic-style desserts as spring returns to the Midwest! Patrice will tackle a marzipan ring cake (kranskage in Denmark, kransekake in Norway) coupled with a rhubarb pudding from Finland – two light and lovely desserts that pair well together or could be prepared separately depending on the occasion. If you need a reason for a new baking project, or want to use up that rhubarb from the garden, this demo is for you! As usual, Patrice’s classes will be filled with great tips and stories.

This is a live virtual class taught over Zoom. Students need a strong internet connection and a device with video capabilities.

This class is designed as a demonstration, so students can watch the entire process and ask questions before tackling the dishes at home at a later date. The recipe packet will be available for download one week in advance and a recording will be shared after class, offering the ability to re-watch as needed.
