Virtual Nordic Table Q&A: Swedish Breakfasts with Erin Swenson-Klatt

If you’ve ever traveled to Sweden, you know that Swedish-style breakfasts are fresh, varied and fun. We’ll talk through the common components of a Swedish breakfast, from muesli to mackor (simple open faced sandwiches). Instructor Erin will offer suggestions for sourcing ingredients and explain why summer is the best time to start eating a Swedish breakfast. Then, after viewing photos of Swedish breakfast tables, we’ll all leave inspired to find new ways to incorporate beautiful Swedish-style breakfast spreads into our lives. This is a fun opportunity to learn and maybe even share your own experiences from your travels. 

This is virtual program led over Zoom; registrants need a good internet connection and a device with video and audio capabilities to join the class.
