VIRTUAL Nordic Table Workshop: Kanelbullar with Erin Swenson-Klatt

This is a two-part class: From 1-1:30 p.m. & from 2:30-4:30 p.m.

Time to celebrate one of the most Swedish of holidays: Kanelbullensdag, or Cinnamon Bun Day! On the big day itself, instructor Erin will walk students through the process of these cardamom-infused, pearl sugar-decorated classics from start to finish. Together we’ll mix, knead, shape, bake and – most importantly – EAT our very own cinnamon buns at home. This class welcomes families and individuals, especially new bakers. Because yeasted dough needs to rise, this class is divided into two parts with an hour break in between.

This is a live virtual class taught over Zoom. Students need a strong internet connection and a device with video capabilities. Students will receive the recipes and ingredients list in advance so they can gather all the ingredients before class and bake along at home.
